Langkah-langkah :
1. Buka Photoshop
2. Klik File, New
3. Muncul kotak dialog: Isi kotak dialog dengan ukuran yang dikendaki, misal : Width : 500 pixels, Height : 400 pixels, Resolution : 72 pixels/cm Mode : RGB, Contents : White, OK.
4. Pilih warna Foreground dengan 1F93E5
5. Tumpahkan warna dengan PaintPucket
6. Filter, Render, Claunds
7. Filter, Distors, Twirl, : >atur besar putarannya (misal 250o)
8. Filter, Distors, Ocean Ripple ... >isi dengan Size : 8, Magnitude : 3
9. Filter, Distors, Zig-zag >isi dengan Amount : 100%,
